Warranty Policy

1. 12 months warranty since the date of purchase. 

2. During the Warranty Period, Radiator Plaza will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material, under normal use and maintenance.

3. The Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. 

4. Warranty is void if the product is subjected to circumstances listed following: improper installation, storage, maintenance, repair, modification, defects or failures due to misuse, negligence, abuse, accident, physical damage, improper handling.

5. This Limited Warranty is not transferable.

6. For defective or damaged products, please email us at sales@radiatorplaza.com with your proof of purchase (Order Number) and attach the pictures of whole product view, defective area view, S/N view as many as possible in the email. 

7. Please allow at least two (2) days to approve your claim. we will refund or exchange once we approve your claim.
