1. We offer free shipping, orders will be shipped same day before 4 pm Monday to Friday, and standard shipping will take 2 to 5 business day on most items.
2. We ships to domestic lower 48 states with physical address only.
3. We do NOT ship item(s) to: PO Box, APO/FPO Address, Military Mail Box, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam and Canada.

Can I change the delivery address after the package is sent out?
Yes, please contact our sales representative to change your delivery address. and you will be required to pay for the address change fee which is required from the shipping service provider.
Do I pay shipping for parts I return to Radiator Plaza?
You don't pay shipping If your item arrives damaged, doesn't match the product description, or is the wrong item. If you've changed your mind and want to return it, you will be required to pay the shipping.
